Steps of Cleanup and Repair

- Clean and sanitize moldy materials with antimicrobial treatment. If damage is extensive, we will remove, repair and replace damaged material.
- We allow ample time for materials to dry completely before finishing remediation.
- We then seal the cleaned materials with an encapsulant to help prevent future problems.
